Wellhaus Cancelation Policy

At WellHaus Club, we strive to provide exceptional experiences and personalized services for every guest. To ensure we can meet the needs of all our clients and maintain the highest standards of service, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. Appointment Changes and Cancellations We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service price.

2. No-Show Policy Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notification will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.

3. Late Arrivals If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, your session may be shortened to ensure the next guest’s appointment starts on time. Appointments delayed by 15 minutes or more may need to be rescheduled and will be subject to a late cancellation fee.

4. Group Bookings For group reservations, cancellations or changes must be made 48 hours in advance to avoid charges. Group bookings canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the total services booked.

5. Exceptions We understand that unexpected situations arise. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will work with you to accommodate your needs. Exceptions may be made at the spa's discretion in cases of emergencies or unavoidable circumstances.

6. Payment Policy A credit card may be required to secure your booking. Cancellation fees will be charged to the card on file. For prepaid services or packages, cancellation fees will be deducted from the prepaid balance.
