Wellhaus is located in the heart of Buckhead at 371 E Paces Ferry Rd beside the Thompson hotel and across from The Sylvan Hotel. We are in Suite 125 on the main level (L1), located right next to Taylor Chiropractic.
You can park in the parking deck of 371 E Paces Ferry Rd.

Yes, we offer parking validations for up to two hours.

You should arrive at least 5 minutes early to your appointment and 15 if you are a new client. Failure to show up on time will interfere with your reservation time as we would be unable to walk you through new client steps prior to your service(s).
We recommend bringing a bathing suit or gym shorts/spandex shorts and/or sports bra or workout top for women. We also recommend bringing an extra set of dry clothes for after your appointment.
Yes, towels will be provided as well as robes and slippers per request.
We offer dry shampoo, micellar water, cotton pads, q-tips, cotton balls, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, body cleanser, hair dryers, facial cleanser, face cream and clarifying toner facial pads.
Yes! We have showers in all of our 3 Sauna & Cold Plunge suites as well as our Float suite.
There are no returns on any of our packages, memberships or single services purchases.

a. Memberships must be cancelled 30 days before the next billing date to avoid being charged another month.

b. If you do not cancel/reschedule your appointment 4 hours before the scheduled time, you will be charged $30.


c. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged for the full price of your scheduled service(s) OR loss of service credit(s) from your membership/package.

Yes we do offer gift cards that are available as a hard copy and can be purchased in-store or as an e-gift card and can be purchased online.
You can book an appointment by calling and reserving a time slot with one of our front desk representatives.

b. You can also schedule an appointment online by clicking the “Book Now” tab in the right hand corner of our main page on the website, and selecting which service you would like to try. If you already have packages or a membership with us, make sure that you login with your account credentials to ensure your account service balance and member benefits are enabled.
Yes, walk in appointments are available. Please be aware that the online appointments are priority when it comes to our services and may result in fully-booked spots or longer wait times for walk-ins.
a. Yes! On certain services such as: Fire & Ice or our single Sauna sessions or single Cold Plunge sessions.

b. We offer to add one friend to our 25 minute Fire & Ice for $20, and for our 50 minute Fire & Ice for $30.

c. For our single Sauna sessions, we offer to add up to 3 friends to our 4-person 45 minute Sauna for $20 per additional person.

d. For our single Cold Plunge sessions, we offer to add one friend to our 15 minute Plunge for $10.
