Yes! Parking is free in the deck connected to the building. Enter from East Paces Ferry — and don’t forget to bring your parking ticket inside for validation.
Come in comfortable attire. We’ll provide cozy robes and slippers for you to lounge in.
Yes – please bring a bathing suit or sports bra and shorts if you plan to do the cold plunge + sauna (Fire & Ice).
Not at all! All services are completely optional. You can do as many (or as few) as you’d like.
